Hi! I’m Julianna, the owner and founder of Full Service Living. It’s thanks to an unconventional, at times nutty and serendipitous journey that I have a business helping people relocate, organize, and manage their homes. But it’s precisely why I know I am the best person to help you achieve optimal home living!
Enhancing people’s lives by creating order and efficiency has always been my calling. My corporate journey began as a Luxury Lifestyle Manager at a prestigious Concierge Agency and ended as the Director of Business Development for a New York Based Hospitality Group. My professional background equipped me with skills to run a business, but it’s the experiences in my personal life that have shaped me into an expert of Home Concierge Services.
Life was never boring (to say the least). For both personal and professional reasons, I’ve moved over 20 times in the last 20 years. From college dorms and studio apartments, to yachts and penthouses, and everything in between. Fifteen home addresses in eight different states and 2 countries later, I’ve become an expert in all things moving and living.
I did everything from finding 2-bedroom apartments and fully furnishing them within days, to building and organizing walk-in closets, to renovating 10,500 Sq Ft condos, all while sourcing an entirely new network of doctors, trainers, hairdressers, vets, dog walkers, etc. I learned invaluable skills with every move, such as fitting a two-floor townhouse into a 1,400 Sq Ft apartment, and how to increase shower water pressure without hiring a plumber. I loved being self reliant and independent and took pride in doing everything myself.
Julianna lives in New Jersey with her two adorable dogs and her husband who is a film and television actor.
With every move, my goal was to create an aesthetically pleasing and fully functional home as fast as humanly possible. My friends would visit me a week after a move and be completely floored by how my place looked like I had lived in it for years and was ready to be featured in Town & Country.
Throughout the many moves, I developed strong relationships with moving companies, contractors, cleaning services, realtors, and numerous other skilled professionals. The list grew, and these wonderful people who helped me throughout my journey became a trusted network for everything moving and living. I “have a guy” for all of life’s needs.
By my 8th move, I started running a home concierge service for my extended network of family and friends. I found deep fulfillment in the relief I was able to bring to people during transitional and often stressful times in their lives. There is nothing better than seeing a frustrated friend walk into their brand new home and light up with joy. Without realizing it, I had become a hybrid of Martha Stewart and Bob the Builder. So, by my 10th move, after helping countless friends and family relocate, organize, and run full-home renovations, my passion evolved into a full-time business and Full Service Living was born.
I want to help you avoid all of the horrific emotions, misplaced items, damaged furniture, and hair-pulling that come with moving, organizing and home renovations. I want you to use your hard-earned vacation time to go on vacation, to a place a little more exotic than Home Depot, and come back to your new (or newly refreshed) home, rested and relaxed. A home with a fully stocked fridge and your belongings neatly arranged, labeled, and put away; a home where you will actually be able to find batteries and umbrellas.
